Travel with Tab ("Agency," "we," "us," "our"), accessible via www.travelwithtab.com, operates as an independent contractor affiliate of Nexion LLC ("Nexion"), a licensed host travel agency (CST #2071045-50 / Fla. Seller of Travel Reg. No. ST38545). We act solely as a booking intermediary between you ("Client," "Customer," "User") and third-party travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transport providers). By accessing www.travelwithtab.com, submitting a planning request, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nexion LLC and Travel with Tab do not own, manage, or operate any third-party travel suppliers.

Travel with Tab does not sell travel services to residents of California, Florida, Washington, or Hawaii. By submitting an inquiry or booking request through www.travelwithtab.com, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of California, Florida, Washington, or Hawaii. Travel with Tab reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate service or booking requests originating from or tied to primary residences in these restricted states.

• Service Differentiation: Travel with Tab provides both standalone logistics support (Essential Component Bookings) and custom itinerary design (Signature Concierge Packages). Specific inclusions, amenities, and support tiers are defined at the time of intake and confirmation.
• Non-Refundable Fees: All professional service, planning, concierge, or administrative fees charged directly by Travel with Tab are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether travel is completed, altered, or canceled.
• Credit Card Authorization & Chargeback Waiver: By providing credit card details through our booking tools or partner portals, you authorize Travel with Tab and/or the third-party travel supplier to charge your card for agreed services. You expressly agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for authorized purchases, canceled trips, or supplier performance issues/failures.

All travel bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and rules of the respective Third-Party Suppliers. Travel with Tab is not liable for any supplier acts, errors, omissions, injuries, flight delays, schedule modifications, itinerary shifts, or financial insolvencies.

You are solely responsible for obtaining, verifying, and holding all required travel documents prior to departure, including valid passports (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date), visas, health declarations, and entry permits. Travel with Tab accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

We strongly advise all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, travel delays, and lost baggage at the time of booking. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any unexpected losses, delays, or interruptions.

• All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travel with Tab.
• Supplier penalties and administrative fees apply to any cancellations or modifications made after confirmation.
• Refunds are governed strictly by the supplier’s policies and processing schedules; Travel with Tab cannot issue refunds on funds held directly by suppliers.

All content, branding, media, and materials published on www.travelwithtab.com are the intellectual property of Travel with Tab or its licensors. Unauthorized scraping, automated data collection, or fraudulent booking attempts through www.travelwithtab.com are strictly prohibited.

Travel with Tab accepts no liability and will issue no refunds for trip disruptions, delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or global health emergencies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms or from the use of www.travelwithtab.com shall be resolved exclusively within the state courts of New Jersey.
